All ordinary passports holders who apply for entry visas (diplomatic, service, and courtesy visas excepted) for Hong Kong SAR, or Macao SAR of P. R. China are requested to submit their applications and have interviews at China Visa Application Centre (CVAC) in Abuja since 1st May, 2019. The Consular Section of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China only accept diplomatic and official passports holders, and ordinary passports holder who apply for diplomatic, service or courtesy visas for Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR of P. R. China.

3. Special Attention
A. Seeing that all entry visas for Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR of P. R. China should get prior permission from Hong Kong Immigration Department, and Macao Public Security Police Force distinctly, the time for processing is likely to be more than 5 working days.
