Notice on the Opening of the Abuja Chinese Visa Application Centre

The Abuja Chinese Visa Application Centre will open on September 20, 2017. From the day on, all ordinary passport holders wishing to visit the People’s Republic of China are requested to apply for visas at Abuja China Visa Application Centre. Please note that you are required to make an appointment to submit your visa application at Abuja China Visa Application Centre, please visit www.visaforchina.org to make an appointment in advance.

Office hours:

Submission of applications: 09:00 to 15:00.

Collection of passport: 09:00 to 16:00.

Monday-Friday, Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (Visa Centre will base on the Chinese Embassy requirement and make the necessary adjustment on the public holiday. Kindly take note of the adjustment on time to time basis).

Service charges: Besides collecting visa fees and express fees on behalf of Chinese Embassy, Abuja visa centre also charges service fees. Please visit www.visaforchina.org for more information.

After the opening of the Abuja Chinese Visa Application Centre, holders of diplomatic or service (official) passports, or applicants qualified for the Chinese diplomatic, courtesy, service visas, or applicants applying for Hong Kong/Macao Special Administrative Region visas /entry permits still need to submit their applications directly to the Chinese Embassy.
