I write to warmly congratulate you on the 5th Anniversary of the establishment of the China Cultural Center in Nigeria (CCCN), which is being marked this year.

There is no doubt that this Center has contributed immensely to strengthening the cultural exchanges and cooperation between Nigeria and China for the benefit of their peoples.

As this landmark anniversary is being celebrated, I wish to express my best wishes for the future of cultural exchanges between Nigeria and China, within the context of the overall excellent relations between our two countries.
